Appointments To allow ample time for all patients, we do request that appointments be made in advance. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time.
Even
though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable
during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new
surroundings and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Even if your dog is relaxed and friendly while visiting us, the other dog he or she walks up to may be scared and defensive. This potential for danger to the pets, their owners, and our staff is easily avoided with everyone's cooperation. All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Aside from the risks associated with altercations, remember we are a medical facility which treats sick animals. Sometimes these conditions are contagious. Sometimes that pet may have a depressed immune system and be especially vulnerable to illnesses which would not otherwise be a danger. Keeping your pet at a safe distance from others is healthiest for all concerned.
"Drop-Off" Services
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that certain vaccinations and tests be up to date when a patient is left with us. While it is impossible to prevent transmission of all diseases, we must do everything reasonable to protect the pets in our care. Payment
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.
